UPDATE: It’s not a fake review…I was there and haven’t been back and will not. Again if you go ask for Val she was great! But the experience outside of her control was not. Val worked on my toes and did a phenomenal job, however the older lady was very rude which is why I gave a 1 star. I called a few days ahead and made my appointment. I get there and have to wait a bit until it's my turn and then the older lady was yelling and complaining to Val for putting me in the pedicure chair she did, so I had barely dipped my toes i... read more
I've been a client for around 12 years. The Nail Cottage is a full service salon. The atmosphere is relaxing and the nail technicians are the best in town. I recommend making an appointment but occasionally walk in appointments available.

Wow Kayla Peterson, how petty can you be? Pretty low rent to leave an awful review 2 years later. Small business evolve and grow and employees change. But you are so small, you were compelled to try and ruin the reputation of a shop based on an experience TWO YEARS ago. Why not try it again? You just may be surprised.
