The vast majority of my first experience with Alexia the Nail Concierge was absolutely 5- star! From her DAMN GREAT natural nail polish job, to her helping me find where I was in the parking lot- it was one of, if not, the best mani-pedi experience of my life. 1) I've never had a regular polish job (no acrylic, no gel, no dip- nothing but me & polish) last a week and keep going, with no chipping. Best experience at a nail salon! She takes the time and has amazing attention to detail. The conversations are always great and its overall a very relaxing experience!
I ended up with a fungal infection after a pedicure at a conventional nail salon, Alexia supported me as I grew my toenails out again. When they finally grew beyond the nail bed, I had a mess and some ingrowns. As per usual, Alexia took her time with each and every toe, shaping and cleaning the nails, leaving with my clean, neat toes and baby soft skin.
Alexia is AMAZING. She's gentle and thoughtful. I look forward to our appointments. She's local which was something I was in need of. Haven't been disappointed since appointment one. Keep it up!
