It took a 25-30 minute wait for me to be told my nail artist wasn’t going to show up. The rest of the artists there seemed very apathetic to the situation.
I've been going to the Nail Collaborative for a little over a year and a half now, and it's easily the best part of my month. I go to Alice, but each tech is incredibly talented and everybody is super friendly. I especially appreciate the dedication to a sterile salon environment and emphasis on nail health. If you want a salon where you leave feeling happy, energized, and rejuvenated i would 12/10 recommend a visit.
I had a wonderful experience here! The vibe is so welcoming and I loved chatting with all the girls here. Not just that, but Tai is a pro! My usual artist couldn’t fit me in after I had to cancel my appointment last min (my fault), but recommended Tai as a trusted nail tech to work with my high nail standards :). I have a 5 week grow out with hard gel and she was able to remove my old gel, add new, preserve the integrity of my long natural nails, and execute the vision PERFECTLY (in record time I might add). I've been going to the Nail Collaborative once a month for the past 10+ months (and another time a while back) and it's one of the things I look forward to every month!
