I have been going to Nail CEO since they opened several years ago. I can usually get an appointment within a Day or two of calling. Jenny always does a wonderful job and is so caring. Kevin does my pedicure and I love his massages. The atmosphere is clean and organized and I feel like it is a luxury spa experience.
I have been there 3 times. The 2nd time I had a pedicure it was not done well but I decided to contact them about it. I was told to come back and they would do it again for free and the best tech would take care of me. I went back today and she did a great job! Jenny personally apologized for the problem and made extra efforts to make sure I was happy with the follow up service. I was very pleased with this experience and the pedicure was awesome! I will be back!
