I visited The Nail Cafe after seeing their page online and was particularly interested in supporting a Black-owned business. I also regularly leave reviews, so I wanted to share my honest experience. I decided to get the Cotton Candy Pedicure. There was a promotion advertised, and based on the website, I initially understood the service to be $40. At checkout, I was charged $75. I came based on previewing the page etc. and for the fact that it was black owned. I always write reviews, so I decided to write one for The Nail Cafe. I came in and decided to get a cotton candy pedicure. There was a sale going on so I assumed it was $40 based on the website but when I paid it was $75, that was fine they told me sometimes it’s misleading. The store does not have the automatic massager chairs just regular ones and there are no spa jets, this is something I seen on the page beforehand but experiencing the cha... read more
