We came to The Nail Boxx in Ajax to get bridal and Maid of Honour nails done. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing, especially for such an important occasion. We specifically requested Peter to do the bridal nails based on his high reviews and mentioned over the phone that they were for a wedding. Over a year ago I posted that this was an excellent place overall and have since been a very loyal customer, leaving super happy with the meticulous customer service. See picture attached. Today, you have lost a loyal customer -because you chose to be inattentive when I especially asked for a technician who did catveye well, since my usual go to Phoebe (and previously Crystal) no longer worked there.
