Not impressed... I had an appointment at 6:15pm and didn't start my nails until nearly 6:45pm. The kicker was when another lady came in nearly 20 minutes after me and was helped before I was. In fairness, the lady who did my nails was very apologetic for the wait, but didn't seem to have any reason for me being deprioritized by the lady who came in well after me. She did a fine job, but it was SUPER rushed as I had to leave by 7:25pm to pick up my son. Overall, I won't go back. I understand not all appointments start on time... read more
Had my nails done on Saturday with bio gel extensions, by Tuesday I lost a nail. I told myself it was just one nail that wasn’t glued properly, but two days later and I lost another three nails. I am on a trip so I can’t go in to have them redone and I have to walk around with half extensions and half not. I sent a message on Tuesday but haven’t heard back hence the 2 star review. They get two because my toes as Shellac are nice, and I’ve had extension here before and didn’t have this problem.
They always make sure I’m happy before I leave.
Wonderful staff who really care about their customers.
