If I had to describe this place in one word, it would be DIRTY. I visited on Friday at 6 PM, and the experience was immediately off-putting. The chair I was seated in was originally white but heavily stained brown, which set the tone for everything that followed. The technician who performed my pedicure did not use clean or properly sanitized tools. The grater and cuticle pusher came directly from his personal bag, and I did not see them taken from a sealed package or disinfected solution. That alone is a major hygiene conce... read more
Wonderful experience, highly professional, salon is clean and well staffed.
I went yesterday service was bad no membership receipt has reward point I spent 300 no reward I had to ask for my complimentary drink I was rushed out of shop I wanted designs on all ten nails did not receive I just left 1st visit due to false advertisement very. UPSETTING 🥵🥵 Han & Lynn poor unwelcoming
