I visited this salon with the intention of enjoying a relaxing experience. However, I encountered several unpleasant situations that made the overall experience unbearable. Upon arrival, I noticed that the salon was open, and I did not rush anyone to begin my appointment. Unfortunately, the lady seated in the first chair displayed an unprofessional demeanor towards me throughout the entire session, making me feel uncomfortable. This salon is amazing....the employees, the cleanliness, the services & most especially, the talent! Having gone to various salons for 20+ years, I have no need to shop around every again. The staff are prompt, knowledgeable, & did I mention, talented?!

I will continue to go to the Nail Box. I receive excellent service and quality work. Manicures & pedicures with Lexie or Ben. Waxing with Lynn. Courteous and professional. I have been going for over a year and still continue to receive excellent service and beautiful nails.
