Wonderful experience! I had been looking for a nail boutique for a while and came across this one. Thank goodness I did!! The staff is professional, kind and accommodating. The space is very clean, calming and relaxing. The nail techs Yana and Kamila are fantastic, talented and welcoming. I have had both manicure and pedicure done by these two lovely young ladies. Very bad experience. First, they confirmed that I had an appointment, but I didn’t—I was simply in the wrong place. Then, they charged me 40 CAD for a very poor manicure, even though I stopped the lady midway when I received a call from the actual place where I had an appointment
Elisabeth and staff our awesome. They do a great job.
Terrible! Was taking my mother there because of the “medical pedicures” which kept going up in price! The last time she went and had made an appt for a manicure and pedicure she was told it was $15 extra to cut her cuticles. ABSURD!! That is part of a manicure everywhere else, and they charge more for putting polish on the feet????? A lot of people in need of medical pedicures have a foot issue and some are seniors who can’t afford to show up and then be told there are extra charges.
Love the treatment and service provided with every appointment! Highly recommend!
