I was a customer for a more than two years and I always left a 20% tip every SINGLE appointment. I will never be going back after the worst nail experience of my life. I got an acrylic nail set that really looked good, the staff was kind and I barely waited. My issue is the nail retention. 3 days after my right ring finger popped off, then the rest followed suit. The only nails I needed to soak off were my thumbs. For over 80$ plus tip I was upset but assumed it was me as I normally do press-ons and dont wear acrylic often. Very disappointed! Went for a pedi last night 67$. All the guy did was change polish color. And massage my legs for 3 mins. He was rude. Didnt say 2 words to me. Didnt do my heels or anything Really could have done what he did myself. First few times i went very, very good service, past 2 times horrible rush service. Then they sit there waiting to see what their tip was
Wish I could give no stars it took two hours to do a design I didn't even originally asked for i even made it less complicated for the guy and he barely gave me the pedicure I paid for i am super irritated with this nail salon and for $227 this was absolutely insane let alone the fact they charged me 56 for my 8 year old daughters nails and toes to be painted absolutely insane do not go to this nail salon go to Louise nails on covent market drive so much better service and definitely better designs
