Edit: Visited today for the first time in a long while and while the job was still done to my liking, my regular technician was more much less pleasant than I remembered. She works fast and did a good job but I felt that wheen I was telling her what I wanted, she was a little rude and dismissive. I am a little chatty so to sit with someone for an hour that wants nothing to do with me is a little uncomfortable. I'm not sure I will be back in the future. Came here for a birthday pedicure with my sister, we both left unhappy. The lady I had was not thorough at all. None of my toenails were cut evenly or straight. I had the start of an ingrown toe nail on one toe and instead of cutting it out she pushed it in and under my toe and now it hurts so bad! I asked her to stop as she seemed very inexperienced with pedicures. Barely any pressure when scrubbing with the pumice pad. I have been going to this nail salon for a few months now but this last time i was not happy and have never walked out of there feeling so disappointed. i had called to ask if they had time, they booked me an appointment for 2:30 i show up on time check in, front desk lady rushes me to go pick a colour out so i do then i go sit back down in the waiting area, she comes up to me to give me the colour then i said i wanted this simple design on two fingers as i would need a white colour too, she says she has to ask her nail tech... read more
