Horrible!!!!! I booked with this lady and she texted me 30min before my scheduled appointment to change my time up an hour. When letting her know, Im here visiting from Atlanta I have to head back. She states she will give me 1/2 of my deposit back for the inconvenience!!!! NEVER!!! AGAIN!!! WILL I BOOK HER OR REFER SOMEONE TO HER!!! PATHETIC AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! She deserves 0

My daughter went last Friday and got nails done by Kiara. Three transactions appeared, the deposit, one before she even got there to be serviced and one after she left. What is considered a fill- in the rest of the world she charged as a full set. She already had a full set of nails and needed one nail repaired. The nail she repaired already broke and it hasn't been a week yet. She did offer to repair the nail IF she had availability within the next 2 days.
