I've been to this salon before, and that's actually what made this visit so disappointing because my previous experiences were much better. First, I want to give credit where it's due. The male technician who did my pedicure was excellent. He was professional, thorough, and did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints about the service he provided. I came here for the first time expecting to sit back relax, be quiet and enjoy the service. I couldn’t even do that because the owner talked to me the entire time! My toes were done terribly! Very Sloppy, very careless! And not worth the price. I did not have a positive first impression of this salon. I came based on a recommendation from someone at LifeTime whose friend works here. Upon arriving, I asked about a gel builder removal service and was informed that the wait would be approximately an hour due to only two nail technicians working.
