(Updated) Okay so now I’ve had a bad experience here 😅 I came to get a gel manicure + soak off. First off, she used “magic gel polish remover” 🚩 then when I asked for almond nails she laughed at me! She continues to give me the most uneven jagged nail shape even after I requested she fixed it. I asked to stop the service since it’d been awful and I was still charged $25 for “soak off and cuticle removal” (there was no soak off). Mia is great! I'm picky, and she takes her time with my nails and feet, especially my nails, because I don't like the electric buffer. She remembers this and doesn't use it, which I appreciate. The place is clean. Book an appointment! Plenty of colors, dip, and gel. 💅🦶💖
Everything went very well
Came here for a gel pedicure and got placed in a pedicure chair close to the door. They’ve added another chair so close to the door that people that are waiting are 1 foot away from you as you’re getting your service done. Absolutely not a relaxing experience in the slightest. Not only that, I had to wait 20 minutes even though i was on time, to be seated and attended to. This place gets worse continuously as time goes on.
