I decided to start going to rapid for my nails cause my last nail salon I went to didn’t take pride and or time into there nails. Now that I’ve started going here my nail tech Ethan has made sure that he took time into my nails and that he is proud of the designs he has done. He has always took the time to make sure they look very similar to the design I want. He is an amazing nail tech and I enjoy every visit!
My nail tech was so sweet, helpful with suggestions, and made any adjustments I asked for! She took her time and killed it!

I’ve been calling over three weeks. No one answered phone calls. Finally I drove down walked in with my phone calling and they sat there and wouldn’t answer my phone because they did not want to service me they recognized my phone number. Without knowing what my request were The intentionally didn’t answer my phone. And told me they were refusing me services and they couldn’t service me without any explanation. These individuals profile and are discriminative
