My granddaughter and I had such a fun experience getting our nails done at Nail Bar today! I have been coming here since 2021, and they continue to do a wonderful job every time. My favorite nail techs are Tony and Tracy — both are talented, friendly, and always make the experience enjoyable. They pay attention to detail, take their time, and consistently do beautiful work. I wanted almond shaped nails with this cute paw print design on top and instead I got this. I paid a little over 100 on these nails and I honestly just want to cry because of how bad they are. Update: I went back to get the design removed and I tried being like nice about it because stuff happens, I wasn’t expecting a refund either just the design to be taken off and the manager was super rude about it, claiming they looked the same when they did not and eventually said she could take the design off and refund the design.
Worst nail place in town to go to! I’m making a complaint with the state board!!! My nails didn’t even last a day and when I went back to try it fix it they couldn’t even copy the nails on top of it I stood in there for 5 plus minutes while I didn’t get acknowledgment while one of there nail people was just sitting there. I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years. Ethan is amazing! Always great work! My Dip and Pedicure are perfect. The salon is beautiful! Mimosas are great as well.
