Great place when we first moved in back in late 2021, early 2022. But since then it has dropped so low that I don’t recognize it at all. Super happy to have moved out now. Residents were not courteous. Maintenance broke down our door because they got the wrong apartment number. Residents/Pets peeing in the elevator. Constant wooden boards replacing the main door of the building because people like throwing rocks at the glass. Trash littered in hallways. An abandoned tv and broken door left in the stairwell. The new management team is awesome!!!! Joanna is the best and made sure everything went quickly and smoothly. Her personality and professionalism made the process a piece of of cake.
Amazing staff! Joanna is very helpful and the maintenance team stays on top of the community.
