I called 4 times over a 1 hr period for a quote for home,auto and travel trailer, I was sent to voicemail for a call back each time, the girl who answered was very polite but had no answer for why there was nobody to help. I was ready with my DL, SSN for Myself and wife ect ect. I Cant get a callback and have all that ready at all times. If I cant get a quote after 4 tries I can only imagine what it would be like if I had a problem and needed help.
4 years later since my original review. Nothing has changed, poor communication. My policy has now cancelled a total of 6 times with using this agency. I’ve had no choice but to find a more competent agency after trying with Myrick for 6 years now. I’ve been with the Myrick Agency for about a year and a half. My homeowners has been cancelled now THREE times because of non-payment from the Myrick agency! I have to call them every year to let them know my homeowners is cancelling.
