I’ve been training at The MVMT for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s so much more than a gym — it’s a true community. The training is fully customised to my needs, and my trainer Ryan is fantastic at keeping every session both challenging and fun. Since being introduced to deadlifts and hip thrusts, I’ve seen my strength improve dramatically. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about you and your fitness journey, this is it.

The best gym I’ve ever been a part of… small group training at its finest and just what I was looking for at my age, not having trained a a gym for decades. Kari, Ryan and the team are experts and find the right balance between pushing and supporting you. Very happy to be a part of the MVMT team!
