All the team at the Mayfield Branch are amazing. They know exactly how I like my banking to be done in regards to references etc so if someone else does the banking and miss something the team at the branch pick it up straight away. Must admit that it’s a favorite part of my day popping in and seeing their smiling faces. Well done Mayfield Mutual
Very good Customer Service, friendly and Helpful
Whilst most of the staff on the front counter are very helpful, on four separate occasions Cherylynn promised to ring me back and had every excuse under the sun when I was forced to chase her up. It’s sad when one staff member lets the rest of the team down.
