DON'T GO HERE! I would not take my dog here again. I have a bichon/shihtzu mix and she has long hair. I asked the groomer to use scissors to cut her hair because I didn't want her shaved. I was very specific with the groomer prior to the cut, but when I came to pick my dog up, she was SHAVED BALD!! She looked like a hairless chihuahua. We LOVE the Mutt Puddle Love the Mutt Puddle. Would not take my dog anywhere else! our Golden Loves it! If we say the words, "Mutt Puddle" she gets all excited! Have never had a problem. I love the way they check for immunizations and I feel that our dog is safe there when I leave her!

STAY AWAY Should be out of business, DO NOT go there. I had to take my dog to the vet after the last grooming and they refused to cover expenses. Razor burns and ulcerated eyes, really bad place only $ is their concern

The Mutt Puddle is somewhere you have to take your dog for grooming! We absolutely LOVE the mutt puddle! They are so good with our dog, she is always groomed so nicely and is always happy when we get there! I love their prices and service...they have our dog groomed in 45 minutes usually, it's not an all day thing!

POOP Customer service They do not listen only do what they want . I drop dog off tell them how I want it cut and when we pick up OOP they forgot. I will not return

A New Spa in Town I take my Maltese here for her "spa time". The staff is extremely friendly. Not only can you drop your dog off, you can stay and give them a bath yourself. The facilities are very user friendly. They are a little pricey, but worth it. One suggestion, make sure you are very specific with how you want your dog cut..each time.

I just picked up my terrier mix from here. Regina did an excellent job, as always. We also have a border collie that gets groomed there too. In my opinion, The Mutt Puddle is the best grooming salon. It's not a drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. Your fur baby is attended to right away and is a "straight through" so they're only there 45 mins to an hour depending on the size of the pup. What impresses me most is the owner. I wanted to let the mutt puddle know I am soooo pleased with the job they did grooming my dog.i was referred by my neighbor and I am very pleased with there services.my baby came home looking great. The bows were absolutley adorable.The staff was great and showed me there self serve tubs for my Great Dane max.I would definatly recommend the mutt puddle. Thanks y'all!
