Sad disappointment of a business. We have multiple times tried to get an appointment last year and this year and staff discards the call notes into the trash or never called back. One time they actually called back and said to email them instead so we did, only to never get a response. Maybe they were something good a long time ago, but very evident that is in the past. Clearly the staff feel people are not worth their time, do not use this business, they do not care. 💩
My gorgeous giant red hibiscus bloomed today. Many more blooms to come. Thank you for carrying such beautiful perennials to choose from. I love it.
This was the most inconsiderate shopping experience I’ve had yet this year. Not a single staff person was wearing a mask. When I asked about this, they said they didn’t think they “needed to” because it was a garden store. This just showed me how ignorant or self-centered the leadership is in their decision to not even pretend to follow public health officials’ recommendations for workplaces during COVID.
