The staff as Mustang Creek are amazing. The home atmosphere has been a great transition for my parents. We truly are going to miss Mustang Creek! The only reason we are moving is our needs have changed and both parents now need help and need to be together in the same bedroom with a living space vs individual rooms.
Mustang Creek Flower Mound was the 3rd facility we had our father in. We were so happy that we moved him! I have never been treated with so much kindness and respect as we all were by the staff. They truly have a servants heart. The facility was clean. The staff would make dad whatever he could eat even if it was extra work for them. They were wonderful! The management was exceptional as well. Ginger even helped us unload his recliner. Jessica was wonderful when dad passed. I would highly recommend using this home.
I would never work for mustang Creek again because it's messed up how I got fired and Denise Litshell James didn't get fired and we both was cussing each other out and I think it's not fair because she didn't get terminated but I did I bust my chops at that job everyday it's a messy people in that place is too messy too many people gossip about you and it's too many favoritism at the job and I notice that everyday what kind of places it to be cool with your boss but I know for a fact I will never come back to mustang Creek i... read more
