I can not say enough great things about Mustang Creek Estates of FM. The love and care that our Mom received from these staff members was far more than professional and kind, it was loving, nurturing, and fun, along with excellent care giving. Executive Director, Ginger Birk, leads a staff of super stars who continually went far beyond the norm to ensure Mom had all she could possibly need. I would not recommend this Memory Care facility to anyone. I went to visit a friend of the family and was horrified by the appearance of lack of care, lack of resources/staff, lack of cleanliness, lack of safety, and lack of knowledge in general of patient care plans. Coming from a background in healthcare, I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone who needs actual bedside care and assistance 24/7. Residences were randomly coming in and out of other's rooms, confused where they were. It was very upsetting.
My dad passed away at Mustang Creek Estates a few weeks ago, and we want to thank the entire staff for being so wonderful and caring while he was there. He moved in several months back from another facility because he needed more care and assistance. The facilities are clean and beautiful, and the food is great. You made his final transition feel comfortable and dignified. Again, thank you so very much.
The staff at Mustang Creek were excellent. Special thanks to Cara and Keyshya who my Mom just adored. Everyone at Mustang Creek treated he4 exceptionally well and we couldn’t be more pleased she found a home there.
