Wonderful place! So serene. They even speak in a whisper to add to the serenity, calm, and sounds of the fountains. The staff is well versed in many different techniques/practices. They will also give you tips for improved health and fitness. It is well worth the drive to Boise.

I got the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had at The Muscle Retreat by Kevin. Most massage therapists don’t apply deep/hard enough pressure to give an effective deep tissue massage. Kevin puts significant pressure on those stubborn knots; so that when you leave, the knots are gone and your body is relaxed and rejuvenated.
Peep, if y'all are looking to get a massage I recommend Kevin from The Muscle Retreat! I've had plenty of massages done and Kevin, by far, has been the best! I've had elbow, shoulders, and back pain and Kevin really knows how to stretch your muscles and provide much needed relief. I highly recommend him. Right now they're offering $40 for 60 minutes massage for new clients. Tell him I sent you. 😊
I had a wonderful experience with Kevin's expertise in deep tissue massage. How you like to have a doctor/nurse who is very knowledgeable about human anatomy & physiology relieve you of tightness in problem areas of the body? I was so impressed with the medical background of Kevin that I will recommend him to anyone with chronic pain. He is a muscle expert!!!
