After months of shoulder and back pain I finally decided to give this place a try. I’ve been back for several sessions and can confidently say that Kim absolutely knows what she’s doing with injury prevention and healing, and she helped me get back in the gym with zero pain. She is extremely skilled with finding the source of injuries and working at the root to correct it and prevent further injury. Bree is AMAZING! I have been a patient at the Muscle Medics for over a year, seeing them roughly every 3 to 6 weeks to assist with severe knots in my neck and shoulders. When nothing else can help a migraine to release, Bree is just what the doctor ordered! I have used the medical massage here in combination with Chiropractic to help largely alleviate my migraines! Kim is phenomenal. She has an incredible ability to find deep tension and stubborn knots that other therapists completely miss. Her technique is very targeted and intentional —she uses her elbows to work into tight spaces and release layers of tension that have been built up for years.
