I was laying in bed and found this along with bite marks on my back, arms, and stomach. I went to the front desk and told the front desk associate and before she changed my room, she proceeded to tell me “she didn’t know what type of bug it was” as if THAT CHANGES THE FACT THAT I GOT BIT AND IT WAS IN MY BED...IN A ROOM THAT SHOULD OF BEEN CLEANED!
GREAT STAY! Affordable price (especially over the Carolina Country Music Festival weekend), super clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff...and an awesome hotel for those needing to travel with an (emotional support) pet. I'd definitely recommend this hotel! It's also perfectly located from Myrtle Beach festivities and shoreline.
Very comfortable rooms for the price. Centrally located with several stores and restaurants close by. We have stayed here many times.
