I have purchased several homes from Jannay in the past and present and will keep using her because of her sixth sense in knowing what homes to pass on and the ones to go all in on. I've sold two residential properties with Jannay. She is very helpful at getting pest inspections, home inspections and repairs taken care of if necessary which takes a great deal of pressure off of the seller, especially when the seller leads a busy life.
