I moved into the Munroe Place about a month ago and recently submitted a maintenance request. I have to say, the service has been superb! Matt is amazing—he provided excellent service, kept me informed, and even reached out to confirm before entering my unit. He also followed up once the work was completed. I’m so happy to be part of this community—and we’re lucky to have Matt! 5 stars for sure
Been here for two years and maintenance and leasing team are amazing. Neighbors are also really friendly and who community is clean and quiet.
They are on top of a street with coffee shops, and the Ts right there, now, can you afford it?.
