In selling the house I inherited Jim Mulvey proved to be extraordinarily knowledgeabe of every house recently sold or currently for sale in the local market, which enabled him to get what I believe was as good a price for the house as I reasonably could have expected, especially under the time pressure created by the local school calendar.
