Dr. Ryerson is PHENOMENAL. Having MS is definitely horrible in itself, but Dr. Ryerson and her team make my depression lessen tremendously. Wendy at the front desk; I absolutely adore! She always helps answer any of my questions that may come up during my visits. And then there is Fran. FRAN IS A ROCKSTAR!!!!! She's the best and always helps me with anything! Doctors and staff are unbelievably reliable and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I had a terrible experience with the staff at this MS center. Specifically the receptionist Wendy, she was condescending about my insurance, saying verbatim “ We don’t accept charity”. As a “professional” it wouldn’t hurt to be more knowledgeable about medical terms and have social awareness. If this is how they treat patients, I wouldn’t recommend.
