The Mule is Great in both Edmond and The Plaza district. Good atmosphere and they will change any sandwich to a no bread bowl. You will enjoy it.
Great apps, drinks, and food. We sat out in the patio with our puppy. They got water bowls for the dogs too!
We traveled from Tulsa to eat here. The sandwiches were amazing! The cheese curds were fresh but not flavorful the tomato dipping sauce was the star!
Why? The burgers. Unfortunately they did not seem to be fresh, seasoned well or made in house and were undersized for the buns. The bacon and cheeses seem to do the heavy flavor lifting but wasn't quite enough. The rest of the entrees were fine (cheesesteak & caprese sandwiches, the spinach salad). It is a great location, the service and drinks from the bar were good.
