I love that they deliver the same day. I’ve gotten top soil, compost, plain wood chips, straw, and firewood dropped off right in my driveway. I would recommend 💯. The delivery guys are super accommodating and the person who answers the phone is really helpful.
we paid to dump a load and as we were dumping we had a few of our water bottles fall into the pile on the ground and the lady flipped out on us yelling at us and as we said sorry and started picking it up I don't know if we wasn't moving fast enough but she banned us from ever coming back again on top of that she got in her bobcat and ran over our tools as she aggressively drove away!! horrible service!
Their mulch is terrible and the color faded, poor service overall. The lady working at the counter isn’t friendly or welcoming at all, shouldn’t be around customers
this place was great till I got screwed over. picked up one yard of river rock. paid for 2. told me your names on the board just come get it when you're ready for the next. I leave several messages and nothing. Finally got a return call and it had been a couple weeks and was asked as long as I got my receipt I can come get it.....yeah who knows where that is. So my "name on the board" didn't hold up. Got screwed out of about 60 bucks. Dont recommend them at all. I'll be in touch soon
Brought a load of brush in, happen to have a little bit of trash in it, as I was unloading it the lady came and yelled at me so I started to pick the trash up and apologized but the lady kept yelling at me like she was my boss then eventually told me I was banished, I didn’t get to unload the rest of my load that I paid to dump over a little bit of trash that I was picking up. She also drove right over my tools with the skid steer. Never would recommend this place.
I’m normally not one of leave negative reviews. But I feel like this is necessary. My husband went to Mulch King today and bought 1/2 yard of mulch. We were charged $916 (it should have been $16). We immediately went back once we noticed this error. I understand mistakes happen; I am not upset at that. However, the lady that was working there was very rude and kept interrupting me when I was trying to speak.
