This company has the single worst customer service that I have encountered to date in Tennessee. Do not expect to be treated like a paying customer. You will be treated like a annoyance by the woman who answers the main phone line. This happened to me last year when attempting to place an order. I thought perhaps she'd had a bad day and let it go, though she was demeaning and talked down to me.
