This is my go to hotel when I come down.but omg this time was not so good the room had a bad smell the sink wasn’t clean in the bathroom the tissue that was in the restroom was almost out lol we found somebody else dirty clothes in our room Wi-Fi wasn’t working please do better I really like the location and price.gave 3 starts because I’m always coming here and this was my first problem
The service at this hotel is great & we felt super safe but the hotel itself is lacking. First, the price for the quality wasn’t in line with other options in the area. I chose this hotel solely based on the great reviews it got & because it was a newer build. I needed a newer hotel due to health issues & this hotel per reviews seemed to fit the bill- however, the room we got already had water damage. We stayed on our way to Texas. It is clean with nice amenities. Personal was very pleasant. On our way back home we stopped again but we were disappointed with the service. Our room was not very clean and the amenities were no where to be found. We were looking for coffee in the room there was none. The shower towels for our feet in the bathroom shower came up dirty from the floor. This is was a handicap room that looks as though it is not used or cleaned often.
We traveled from Michigan to Louisiana for Thanksgiving and to visit with family. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a double bed queen suite. We had access to a full fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a 2 burner cook top. We were shocked to find our room had plates, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils and a couple of pots and pans.
