Worst, most unresponsive outfit I have ever dealt with. Have had multiple windows in our home go bad. Good luck getting them replaced or ever getting a straight answer from these clowns. I would never do business with them again. Have been waiting 5 months to get windows replaced and have gotten nothing but bs responses from them along the lines of "my dog ate my homework"
Can't get a soul to call you back.. dont spend money on TV ads during peak ( older people ) time slots if you cant do something as simple as returning a call. Ive called them once a week for 3 weeks and have talked to the receptionist everytime., she's super nice. I gotta chase you to spend my money? Probably time to look at your business model. Notice they dont reply to negative reviews, speaks volumes people
