We had a great experience working with MTH Real Estate on the construction of an ADU for our home in Redondo Beach. Marc and his team were easy to communicate with and finished on time and on budget. I probably would not recommend working with again. Unfortunately response times take weeks to months. It was really hard to get in communication with the company and I received plans with errors when submitting to the city which further delayed my construction project. I was never able to get the plans fixed from the vendor.
