We used MTH for the remodel of 2 bathrooms - both done at the same time! After meeting with Marc to discuss our plans, he and his team proceeded with their timely and efficient work. The crew were always on time & polite, cleaned up the sites every day, and we came in on budget. We would definitely use them again.
Marc is pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He and his employees and subs are a pleasure to have on the job and in the home, and they are very easy to work with. I love my ADU garage conversion and will gladly and enthusiastically recommend MTH construction services because of the process and the results.

We had a great experience working with MTH Real Estate on the construction of an ADU for our home in Redondo Beach. Marc and his team were easy to communicate with and finished on time and on budget. That's unheard of with construction. We certainly had some setbacks along the way, but early in the process they were ahead of schedule. I probably would not recommend working with again. Unfortunately response times take weeks to months. It was really hard to get in communication with the company and I received plans with errors when submitting to the city which further delayed my construction project. I was never able to get the plans fixed from the vendor.
