I will never order from them again. I ordered my product before 12 pm this past Tuesday 06/26/2021 and According to their website, you can choose 2nd-day air for 2-day shipping. I spoke with ups customer service and they said the seller did not ship the product until the next day which is 06/30/2021. So, it's not 2-day shipping it's 3-day shipping. Do not use this company. I bought two of the oil change kits for my toro. One for engine, one for hydraulics. Buyer beware. Neither kit contained enough fluid for the changes. Engine oil needs 80 ounces. Their "kit" contained 64. Hydraulic need 150 ounces. Their "kit" contained 128. You don't get what you pay for and they don't respond to customer complaints. Stay far far away.
RecommendedI went to the Mower shop to help me take off a stick blade. They did it promptly. Not only that, but they decided to do it free as a courtesy. Such an act of kindness meant a lot to me. Thank you for being very kind.
bought an what was advertised as original equipment part that turns out to be a cheap knock off came with no packaging etc. never deal with this company again
I purchased a mower from them in the past and found their service and attitude terrible. It is time to purchase a new lawn mower so I thought I would at least give them a chance, after reading the reviews it is obvious that if anything they are worse. Do yourself a favor, go someplace else.
Everything for my Toro SS5000 mower I purchased was exactly as advertised.
