I had an amazing experience at The Mower Shop in Stow! I showed up with my electric lawn mower because the mowing blade was loose after hitting a rock. The manager in charge immediately took a look at it, tightened the blade, and even sharpened it for me! He only charged me for sharpening the blade, and I left within 15 minutes a very happy customer with the five star service he provided!
Good experience so far. Bought the Z242F. Sales was experienced and understood the equipment.
