In a single Feldenkrais session with Tiffany Sankary, the chronic pain in my body dramatically decreased. I felt a sense of ease in movement that has been rare in my life. Rather than experiencing tightness and discomfort I've been moving in a way that is both springy and capacious. We are lucky to have the Movement and Creativity studio in Arlington!
