Ali is such the greatest human - inspiring, uplifting, motivating, and a GREAT instructor. Her spin classes are world-class and I am so lucky to have gotten to know her over the last few years by attending classes at the Movement. Amanda's dance classes are SO FUN and get me out of my comfort zone. Christina's spin and strength classes kick my booty and I always get the best workout no matter what I do! If you haven't tried the Movement yet, you GOTTA GO!
I've been to 5+ spin studios across OC, LA, Ventura County, and this one by far gives me the best workout. The instructors are intense and know how to motivate you. Highly recommend
At first glance, many would just see a spin studio, but this place is so much more than that. We are talking about every class hits your mind, body and soul! Being a bigger dude, they did have a bike that fit me and they were very patient with me, helping me get my bearings in this whole new world. The room is dark, the music is loud, and so are the motivating words of Ali, guiding down a journey of sweat and discovery. This is the place you've been looking for.
This place is amazing! I call it going to church because Ali and all instructors are so amazing and uplifting! First class is free with code. Try it and you won’t regret it! They also have other classes like mat Pilates, meditation, yoga and more!
