At first glance, many would just see a spin studio, but this place is so much more than that. We are talking about every class hits your mind, body and soul! Being a bigger dude, they did have a bike that fit me and they were very patient with me, helping me get my bearings in this whole new world. The room is dark, the music is loud, and so are the motivating words of Ali, guiding down a journey of sweat and discovery. This is the place you've been looking for.
This place is amazing! I call it going to church because Ali and all instructors are so amazing and uplifting! First class is free with code. Try it and you won’t regret it! They also have other classes like mat Pilates, meditation, yoga and more!

The best community!! If you know me at all you've heard me brag and promote The Movement probably thousands of times. If you haven't at least tried a class - you're missing out. So fun and such a great workout. Support this Ventura family business!!
Wish I could give them 100 stars . I've been going to this studio since 2021 and it's hands down the best spin studio I've ever been to. All the instructors have great playlists, they're inspiring, motivating and so much fun. Ali, the owner, has created such a positive community, a safe space for all! Bikes are always clean and you get a cold towel after your ride which is just the cherry on top. By biggest recommendation is to try a pair of their Tiem spin shoes, it makes for a much better ride!
