I started coming to The Movement in 2022 and never looked back. The community here is so welcoming and empowering, it truly makes all the difference.
Love the spin classes
It's been a long time since I fell in love with a studio. I am head over heels for The Movement. From the time I walked in, Amanda made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. She is like a ray of sunshine - she exudes happiness and light. Christina, the instructor was upbeat and motivating and guided us through some interesting and challenging band work followed by a "Road Race" (for you Johnny G folks!) on the spin bikes.
