I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and I made sure to note it was a maternity massage. I waited until 2 minutes after my session was supposed to start for my massage therapist to show up. He then couldn't find the proper pillows, and went off looking which put the massage a further 10+ minutes behind. I had called in before hand to make sure that they had the proper equipment, and was assured they did. Saw Brynn the physiotherapist for pelvic floor assessment and treatment. She was friendly, professional and excellent at making you feel at ease. She explained everything thoroughly and I left there feeling heard and hopeful. The building is a shared space with a huge gym which was cool and I can see how useful it would be for other physiotherapy needs.
Highly recommend… Thank you Mitchell for all your care and extra time in dealing with my positional vertigo before travel…
Absolutely can’t recommend this place enough, the environment is super fun and upbeat and everyone is extremely welcoming when you arrive! Monica and Jamari are so friendly and easy to talk to on top of being good at their jobs! 10/10 the best place for RMT and Chiro!
