The Movement Institute have been great! I went to them for some consultations on how to improve my tennis performance and the difference after a few months has been very noticeable. Nicholas has been fantastic at developing better technique in both my swing and also movement. Very professional but also friendly. I would highly recommend them for helping develop your sporting performance!
I had 8 tennis lessons with Nick B and it was everything i had hoped for. Nick has an incredible amount of knowledge and knows which areas to target. He is extreme easy to work with and left no stone unturned to get me back to where i wanted to be. One highlight was with regards to my backhand which was my worst shot and i initially had zero confidence in it. By the end of the lessons it became a weapon and one of my more consistent strokes. Thank you Nick 🙏
Great physio, spends time on you, doesn't just attach a machine and leave you for 20 minutes. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Anthony and The Movement Institute, his knowledge and expertise is fantastic. Anthony has helped my daughter recover from various injuries and build strength to assist with preventing further issues.
