The Movement Center is a deeply healing place that I go back to again and again... You can feel the incredible energy the moment you walk on the grounds....And from the meditation, to yoga classes, to special ceremonies..classes for learning, the outdoor spaces, and more ..its just an incredible addition to our community and I hope all will go to experience it!
Loved it...had my very first yoga class this morning, was hard but what a wonderful experience! I loved my instructor Avery, she does a great job helping you & making sure your comfortable. The grounds are so beautiful, I will be joining The Movement Center!
This is a very special place!!! The teachers and community are welcoming and supportive. The grounds and building are gorgeous and exquisitely furnished. As soon as you arrive on the property you know you've landed in a spiritual place where mindfulness and devotion have been practiced for a long long time. I'm excited to grow, learn and make new friends here!
Phenomenal place with wonderful positive energy and a giving sprit. All of those I've met there are beautiful souls doing their own work and living in fabulous community.
