I highly recommend Luke and the Movement Box team! Five months before my marathon, I was struggling with running more than 3km without knee pain. With Luke’s help, I built my strength and improved my running form. After following his advice, I successfully completed my marathon under my goal time without any injuries or knee pain.
Luke is amazing and extremely professional. I suffered a humerus fracture from a skiing accident last year, and Luke has been a huge help throughout my recovery. He helped me regain my strength, mobility, and range of motion in my arm, and get back to feeling like myself again. I’m very grateful for his expertise, patience, and support throughout my recovery. I would highly recommend Luke and The Movement Box to anyone looking for a professional and caring physiotherapist!
