I have been working with Luke on various ailments for years now. His approach to resolving my issues has always been thorough, providing realistic exercises to work on at home and in person body work in the gym. In addition, he always has time to check my form in the gym is correct to ensure my form isn’t working against my rehab progress. In particular, Luke was an incredible support through pregnancy - no ailment was too big or small for him to assist my body with. Luke is always my first point of call!
