Ive been going to this gym for a month now and I am amazed at how much strength I have already. The workouts are perfect for me and I have a new found love for weight lifting. Katie is a remarkable trainer she takes her time showing the technique of the workout by preforming them herself for a good visual never pushy just watches me for better form and let’s me figure it out on my own while providing me encouragement. Great place to workout, get fitter, get stronger and improve your overall fitness! Very encouraging environment and no one is ever pressered to an exercise they arent comfortable with! Highly recommend, also the workout programing is great
The coaches, members, and atmosphere make The MoveMeant a great crossfit gym. Outstanding coaches know your name and abilities and encourage you to achieve your goals. They understand nutrition and can help guide you to better health and wellness. This Gym is fantastic. The members and coaches are fantastic at motivating you and having fun at the same time. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to find a gym home in the QC!
