Used to live there before the roaches moved bc of the roaches it's been like 5 years and they still haven't taken care of the problem even under the different management
I have lived here for over a year and management just changed. They are great and make sure they get things done. The last management wasn't so good and the new management had a lot to catch up on but they are doing great! They do have cook roaches but not inside my apartment. They have bug guys come out regularly now.
My elderly mother lives here currently. She has had nothing but trouble since she has lived there. Maintenance does not repair anything when you request it. In the two years she has lived there, they have upped her rent several times to the point she can no longer afford it. Living on a small amount of Social Security, she is now borrowing money to keep her rent up. Something needs to change with the management of this complex.
