I lived in a building managed by Mount Vernon for two years. The building was well maintained and the public areas were cleaned weekly, but what makes them a truly outstanding landlord is the care they provide for their tenants. Any time I had a concern or question, I received a helpful response the same day, often within the hour. Any time I put in a maintenance request, it was fulfilled promptly.
