We go every time I visit Bellingham! Eggs Benedict to DIE for!
First time in Washington and vowed to try new and different foods. Rather than going with same old sure thing I tried some potatoey cheesy, weird mushroom breakfast. I let the waitress pick, even though she was reciting ingredients that I was unfamiliar with. It. Was. Delicious. Who da thunk it?!? It really was great. I sat outside with my daughter and her dog and dined on a fantastic breakfast. I will definately return there if I ever go back to Washington.
