I gave it one star cuz i couldnt give it zero. I am near chicago and talking to the dealer they told me the rv we were looking at was in perfect shape. It was a 2014 Thor 36fd and they showed me a few pictures including the mileage. Well we drove all the way to eureka missouri only to find out it was nothing like they said it was. It wouldnt start, Window trim was falling off, the bottom of the kitchen cabinet was chewed all up by what looks like a dog. Our AC broke when we were traveling cross-country in July. The Motorhome RV Folks prioritized us, as we were traveling, and got us a new unit installed in just a few hours! Everyone was kind, professional, and super efficient.
I cant say enough great thing about Chris and the team they have at The Motorhome Rv Store. They have been honest, worked with me on service issues, and overall have just been a great company. I have recently started renting my motorhome out and these guys are the ONLY company I will let touch it- Chris has even picked up his phone on a Sunday for me with questions. They have a customer for life out of me. In a time where customer service has gone away- These guys get it and care about the customer.
Awesome and Amazing - I do not even know if I can get the correct words out but I recently purchased a 2009 Tiffin Allegro Open Road Class A Motorhome. I have worked long and hard to find the right one. Once I did I secured The RV and Motorhome Store to "check it out" for me. They did an awesome job. Chris is probably the most honest person I have ever worked with. He was upfront, honest and did not oversell or charge me for things that were unnecessary. We've been storing our RV's at this location for quite a few years, longer than Bill Z. has even owned the facility. We've always had excellent response and help from him and his predecessors. The most important thing with an RV is to store it inside if at all possible to maintain any semblance of a pristine exterior. Thanks to Bill, and now the folks doing RV maintenance at the facility we can feel confident that one of our prize possessions is in good, very capable, hands. Thanks Bill and your staff/partner(s).
