This place is amazing and will be buying more from them. I ordered off ebay for pick up at 7am, my item was ready for pick up within the hour. Friendly and helpful front desk. Excellent customer service and the product was better than I imagined.
I’ve bought here before, they had what I need but I need a part- they’re closed sat-Monday and refuse to answer their phone. People work- and need to be able to contact them but can’t. I texted like their voicemail said to. No answer. I called at least 15 times through out the day and no answer. Oh and they close at two- very convenient for those of us who work for a living.
Discovered these Guys through eBay, however they will sell directly which is really convenient for me. They have a lot of BMW parts which is great because BMW charges a fortune for their parts! all I have to do is find it online give them a text and they have it ready for me! Saved my azz a few times...
Alright experience, bought some parts didn’t end up needing all of them return process was weird a sketchy and then when I came down to ask about why the return wasn’t on my bank account statement anymore , long lanky skinny guy was very confrontational and kinda rude , about the whole thing and just left a bad taste in my mouth, definitely bike people but not service professionals… called 5 times so I didn’t have to make the hour drive to Anaheim from La but of course no one on the phones so I had to come in person just for... read more
