I love the Mosaic Complex! I've lived here for nearly three years. The staff are truly wonderful—Donna, Edgar, Yolanda, and Gilbert go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Edgar is especially attentive to maintenance requests, always handling them promptly and efficiently. Yolanda does an amazing job keeping everything tidy, ensuring the spaces are clean and welcoming. New team is really better at listening and getting request done , office staff always has the best snacks and friendly
Love the complex staff are great. You know who aren't? The restaurant below Tryst and Cocktails. The noise level is club level beats during quiet hours 11PM-6AM. Ask about quietness before renting because the windows do not keep it out.
I did choose another community only based on the parking situation which is just a personal preference, but I just wanted to give Rose a shoutout and thanks as she was absolutely wonderful taking me on a tour and explaining everything. Grounds looked clean and modern and location is great, I just couldn't justify the parking price on top of the rent which is the only reason that I chose somewhere else, but if that is not an issue for you I recommend this property.
