I really love living at this apartment complex. I’ve been here for 3 years now. The location is unbeatable, and the sense of community here is great. The staff has always been great, and overall the experience has been wonderful. The only challenge is parking, especially when it comes to visitor passes, which can be a bit frustrating for guests at times. I’d love to see this improved in the future. That said, I’m genuinely happy here and would 100% recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!
I love living here! The apartments have great layouts and use of space, plenty of storage in the kitchen, closets are big, and bonus is a stackable washer/dryer along with stainless steel appliances. One thing that makes it unique is they don’t have hot water heaters, it’s like a hotel, you never run out of hot water! I especially love the extra attention that was given to soundproofing, I never hear my neighbors or the traffic downstairs on Broadway. This place is the most memorable and very hospitable place to live in! The staff is amazing, shout out to James and Donna and everyone else. I would recommend this place to anyone!
I’ve lived here for two years and had great experiences with signing a new lease, maintenance, and the quality of the building. They even decreased parking costs and my rent since I’ve been here
Mosaic on Broadway is a great place to live at. My wife and I have extended our lease here already. The front staff is very friendly and approachable to any question or concerns we may have. The maintenance staff gets our requests very quickly and is good about making sure our little dog doesn't run out when they come to service the apartment.
