Hillari was awesome. We had some problems with another mortgage company and once she was contacted the issues were solved within 24hrs. She kept us updated even when it was just to say "we are waiting till this date to do this". She answered every email, be it a question or just to say she received a fax we sent. Jeremy Rolland went above and beyond to make my dream home a reality for me. When other banks said I would need a consignor he responded with “I got you.” He kept me calm and reassured throughout the entire process. I closed 10 days ago and still can’t believe it. He didn’t turn me away when my situation was less than perfect. I recommend him to all of my family and friends. He’s honest, punctual and very clear on what he needs. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Martha. She made the process for buying our first home so easy and walked us through the whole process. The counseling that was required was a great way explaining the process and seeing how much you already knew.

Martha sent out daily updates on what I needed to provide for my VA loan, as well as, keeping Robert in the loop on what he needed to do as well. Ray& i loved working with Hillari she let us know step by step what was going on with our mortgage & she is very knowledgeable about the whole process!!! Hillari eased our nerves & made buying our house a lot less hectic than the other lending institutions. I recommend everyone to call The Mortgage Team & ask for Hillari.
I am not very good at writing reviews, but I want everyone to know how amazing Martha Koepfle is. Days before closing on a home, my prior lender was unable to finance me because of something on my credit from 10 years ago (which I had warned her about twice). That lender told me that no one would be able to give me a loan for 7 years. I was distraught to say the least. With no hope at all, I called Martha as my realtor asked me to do.
